Shipping costs are free of charge over the amount of Chf 200.- throughout Switzerland. For orders under Chf 200.-, we ask a participation to the shipping fees of Chf 9.90.

Our products are offered as long as they are visible and within the limits of available stocks. Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines from our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to “frohkost.ch GmbH”.

Orders are only delivered after full payment has been received and if the goods are available.

If, after the conclusion of the contract, it turns out that the goods ordered cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, “frohkost.ch GmbH” is entitled to terminate the contract in its entirety or part of the contract.

If the client's payment has already been received by “frohkost.ch GmbH”, the payment will be refunded to the client. If no payment has yet been made, the client is released from the payment obligation. “frohkost.ch GmbH” is not required to make a replacement delivery in the event of termination of the contract.
